  • Collecting project information (terms of payment, schedule, customer’s background, etc).
  • Market expansion through communication with Industrial Estates and Consultants to get project info.
  • Assisting Business General Manager in preparing and editing company profile, presentation data and pre-qualification data.
  • Assisting Business General Manager in preparing Quotation document and submitting to prospective customers.
  • Preparing Draft of Contract Document and completing Contract Documents.
  • Preparing and distributing Marketing Weekly Report, Report of Contract Award, Monthly Contract Award and Annual Contract Award.
  • Handling, follow-up and monitoring customer complaints and ensure that all customer complaints have been followed up by the Related Division Leader and has been well documented.
  • Preparing customer satisfaction survey sheet, submitting to customers and preparing summary.

  • Preparing invoice and controlling outstanding payment.
  • Collecting data of meeting result / transaction and others.
  • Collecting and updating all customer data.
  • Sending greetings card and calendar.
  • Filing document, such as Quotation, Invoice, Contract Document, Handover Document, Research Document, incoming/outgoing letter, etc.
Job Requirements:
  • Hold a degree minimum in diploma, majoring in Secretary, Computer, and others.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, especially the Construction Business.
  • Computer literate, and fluency in English both oral and written.
  • Excellent in Administration (filling system, documentation, correspondence).
  • Excellent ability and understanding of project monitoring and management.
  • Have knowledge in construction business.
  • Have good analytical skill, creative planners and punctual.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative and flexible to adapt to changing requirements.
