- Increasing the occupancy and visit of customers in the hotels.
- Ensure the right promotion strategy to the right segment, communities, companies, and partners.
- Creating marketing strategy, doing efficiency towards distributing promotion material (ex: events, promotion, advertising, voucher, etc).
- Delivering promotion and other events through digital marketing.
- Monitoring all requests or offers in order to increase occupancy.
- To do a budgeting of every promotional events to meet the target.
- Coordinating with other departments in the hotel.
- Have 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in hospitality.
- Have strong knowledge in marketing and advertising, especially for hotel and OTA.
- Ability to operate photoshop is a plus.
- Must have big networks to gain potential businesses.
- Innovative, pro-active, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have knowledge in finance.
- Computer literate and fluency in English both oral and written.
