- Minimal has 6+ years of experience in sales, with 2+ years of experience in sales management.
- High organizational skills.
- Proven record of success as a sales leader.
- Experience building teams from scratch.
- Experience in using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- Strong time management and negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, but appreciate of process and structure.
- Fluent in English.
