Our client specializes in low voltage devices with accessories, lighting and intelligent control system etc. After more than 90 years of history, Simon now has more than 20 subsidiaries all over the world including France, Brazil, China, Russia, Mexico, Turkey, Poland, Italy, India, Ukraine, Belgium, Morocco, Argentina, Portugal, etc. It has 12 overseas production sites, and a marketing network covering over 50 countries across 4 continents.
Basic purpose of the position:
Establish strong business operation networking in Indonesia, initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market with a strategic view to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Good understanding and analysis of competitor’s intelligence and industry dynamic activity.
- Build up and maintain a good relationship with the distribution owner and targeted channel customers.
- Provide and implement marketing plans and initiate in such as branding management, product development, and price management to meet the marketing requirement.
- Lead the team and well coordinate to ensure the smooth supply chain and logistics as a business request.
- Has excellent leadership to coach and review with subordinates’ daily work to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the staff and activity performance.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Finish other tasks assigned by superior accurately and in timely.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Internal / External Cooperation:
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Responsible for the EHS management, communication, and coordination which are related to this job scope.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Over 5 years Sales Management experience level in a similar industry.
- Experience or skills required.
- Has the high potential to fulfill the required accountabilities and achieve the assigned targets.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop team with high team spirit.
- Willing to take business trip frequently.
